Whether you spend a day or a year working with me, you will emerge with deeper personal insight and a clear set of practical steps to achieve your aspirations.
My job is to listen, assess, reflect, and affirm clients to find the most effective leaders within.
I rely on intuition, experience, and psychoanalytic theory to name the unspoken emotional and cultural dynamics at play. I employ organizational development and performance management lenses, and draw from Change Management Theory, facilitation, management, and effective goal-setting techniques.
An initial 30-minute consultation will determine whether I am the right person for the job. If we decide to proceed, we’ll determine a timeline and service package that fits your needs.
Here’s what to expect:
The first step is an individual self-discovery assessment rooted in a form of depth psychology, called archetypal psychology. This approach uses stories and characters to gain insight into the unconscious roles clients play in the workplace or other contexts. I create a space to deeply and honestly reflect on desires, challenges, and experiences.
I am good at seeing the thing, naming it, and pulling it out. We acknowledge it, and proceed from there.
During the following sessions, assessment results are analyzed to map the starting point and charted- path to the client’s goals. I help achieve long-term changes using practical steps. My strength is honing in on the sticking points, and obstacles that might be overlooked, to ensure continued progress.
How I work with you:
I will share my experience and scholarship in management and professional development to understand where you are in your leadership journey. As a psychoanalyst-in-training, I will delve into the deeper psychological dynamics that influence how you and your team behave and make decisions. And because creativity is key to envisioning the future, I will weave in archetypes, storytelling, and playfulness to make the process more engaging.
I will support you with any challenges that may arise during your journey and serve as an accountability partner, empowering you and your team as you realize change. This approach lets me tackle both the strategic and emotional sides of change so that anyone can find their way forward with clarity and confidence.
