  • Leadership Style Assessment | $500

    If you’d like to discover your leadership style and how it affects your life and work in general, sign up for a 90-minute discovery session and assessment that uses archetypal psychology. This will include a well researched and analyzed downloadable summary with a detailed breakdown of your motivators and demotivators, goals, suggested next steps and other important insights. 

  • Basic | $1500

    Three 60-minute sessions plus a 90-minute discovery session and leadership style assessment summary and two hours of research and tailoring relevant resources  (Total investment: 6.5 hours, 4 sessions)

  • Level One | $2500 

    Six 60-minute sessions plus a 90-minute discovery session and leadership style assessment summary and three hours of research and tailoring relevant resources. (Total investment: 10.5 hours, 7 sessions)

  • Level Two | $5000 

    Twelve 60-minute sessions plus a 90-minute discovery session and leadership style assessment summary and six hours of research and tailoring relevant resources and one post-package follow up session (Total investment: 21.5 hours, 14 sessions)

  • Level Three | $9000

    Twenty four 60-minute sessions plus a 90-minute discovery session and leadership style assessment summary and 12 hours of research and tailoring relevant resources and two post-package follow up sessions. (Total investment: 39 hrs, 27 sessions)

  • Custom package.

    If you want to use my services in a way that does not fall neatly into any of the listed packages, OR if you want to use a portion of my services towards your organization’s annual professional development allotment, let’s discuss. We can create a custom package or an ongoing retainer level commitment. Just let me know.

Additional Information

If your salary is $115k or less, discount 35% from the listed package prices = Basic - $975; L1 - $1600; L2 - $3125; L3 - $5850. All packages include a 30-minute consultation, a 30-minute intro and assessment meeting, and unlimited email access during engagement. "Relevant resources" include access to a set of well researched and vetted organizational and leadership development frameworks and tools. Almost all the work that I do is a combination of Leadership Coaching and Organizational Consulting. We discuss how these might overlap for you during our consultation. Theories and frameworks used include: Change Management Theory, Performance Management Frameworks, Facilitative Leadership Tools, Group Development Theory, Psychoanalytic Theory.
